Shafnisky Electric Inc. includes local electricians and is a locally owned company that services homes and businesses in Northampton County, Lehigh County, and the surrounding areas. We offer residential, commercial, and emergency electrical services. Tom Shafnisky started his business in 1988 with 1 truck and has continued to grow and develop the business since then into a fleet of 9 vans and trucks, including a bucket truck with a 32-foot lift, and 13 employees.
Knowledge & Safety
Tom maintains his Master Electrician’s License, which is the highest license possible before becoming an electrical inspector. Tom and his staff participate in continuing education classes to stay up to date with current technology, practices and codes. As every licensed electrician knows, safety is paramount. At Shafnisky Electric Inc, we are invested in safety so much so that we have started working with an independent, full service safety, environmental and emergency management company. We train our employees each month on the latest regulations and standards.
Required by law, as a professional business we maintain General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 and all of our employees are fully covered by Worker’s Compensation Insurance. You can rest assured not only is your home safe, but so are our employees.

Shafnisky Electric Inc. offers a 1 year warranty for all labor and materials provided by Shafnisky Electric Inc., (excludes routine maintenance items such as lamps and batteries). Upon completion of your job, our technician will review the work that has been completed, answer any questions, and provide all important documents pertaining to any mechanical devices that have been installed. If within 1 year, you have any problems, all you need to do is call the office and schedule an appointment for one of our electrical technicians to come out, assess the situation and repair any defective or faulty equipment at no charge to you.
