Residential Automatic Standby Generators To
Solve Your Allentown, PA, Home’s
Power Loss Problems
Don’t Go Through Another Storm Without Power
Does your Allentown, PA, home lose power whenever a severe storm passes through? You could benefit from installing one of our residential automatic standby generators. Here at Shafnisky Electric, we’re skilled at installing all types, including those that operate on liquid propane, natural gas, and diesel.
It’s essential to choose a local electrician who understands all code requirements when installing your standby generator, as different locations have specific requirements for fuel types used. In addition, the right contractor will know how to safely complete your installation so your generator becomes an invaluable resource when you need it most.
Automatic standby generators sense when your power goes out and immediately kick on, making the transfer to emergency power in your transfer switch for you. Then, when power is restored, they return to utility power, cool down, and go into standby mode. As long as it’s installed and maintained correctly, you don’t have to do a thing when the power goes out.

We also put safety above all else when working on your home or business. Part of our jobs includes routine training and educational classes to keep us updated on all the advancements in the industry and updates to codes and standards.
