We Stay Updated To Give You Top-Tier Electrical Services
We’re Always Ahead Of The Industry Curve
Our Electricians Are The First To Know About
New Technologies And Regulations
When you have an electrical problem, hiring the right electrician in the Lehigh Valley area is essential. But you may wonder what makes a team the best option for your needs.
Beyond holding all the right licensing and insurance, you’ll want someone who stays on top of advancements in the industry. After all, if you want to invest in a smart home setup, you can’t work with an electrician who’s still in the dark ages when it comes to technology.
At Shafnisky Electric, we pride ourselves on always staying ahead of the game as new technologies are released. We’re also the first to know and adhere to updates on regulations and codes.
So, what does this mean for you?
Not only will we find you the RIGHT solution, but we’ll also use the BEST products to ensure it lasts.
Constantly Learning New Things
We hold regular production meetings at Shafnisky Electric to ensure our entire team is on the same page. This is our opportunity to discuss any new products, regulations, or codes so that everyone gets the same information all at once.
Our team leader and company owner, Tom, is a licensed and certified Master Electrician.
At every meeting, Tom will bring information he’s found in trade magazines about the latest and greatest advancements. In many cases, he’s even able to get samples and guest speakers.
While Tom is a source of incredible knowledge on his own, he’s also the President of the Electrical Contractors of Lehigh Valley. This grants him access to many different companies, many of which are more than willing to speak at our meetings.
By ensuring our entire production staff is aware of the newest technology, we’re better suited to finding the best solution to your electrical issues the first time.
Updated Technology Saves You Money
You may be thinking that it sounds great to have all the most advanced technology in your home, but it must cost a lot.
Sure, some features can be quite an investment, but the best part of learning about all these new rollouts is finding creative ways to save you money.
At Shafnisky Electric, we’re not about charging the highest prices and making the most money possible on every job. Instead, we want to find a rock-solid solution that will last and not cost you an arm and a leg.
One great example is wireless switches. Traditional switches require an incredibly invasive and time-consuming installation procedure. Wireless switches are code-compliant, require less invasive practices, and are much quicker to install.
You’ll get the switches you need – tested to guarantee they provide the safety we’re known for delivering.
It’s a win-win.
And that’s why we’re so keen to keep learning. Imagine if every member of the production team wasn’t aware of what’s available. No one would even think of offering this solution.
Solutions To Code Updates Are No Problem
Sometimes, we’re faced with a challenge when certain codes are updated. Recently, in Easton, PA, the codes were updated to require that all smoke detectors be interconnected so that when one alarms, they all go off.
Our team was called to help figure out the solution for one customer. So, we did some digging and came up with a great answer.
We found Bluetooth UL-listed smoke detectors that met all the requirements. Because of our dedication to staying updated on industry advancements, we were able to save this customer time, money, and headaches.
When you have an electrical problem, we’re going to find an economical solution that promises safety, functionality, and peace of mind.
